Submission Deadline
Submission Process for Abstracts:
Please note that this conference is presentation-only (oral or poster), such that the abstract is a simple 1-page document and there will not be any peer-reviewed proceedings. Most student abstract submissions will be poster presentations, but a panel of judges will choose the best abstracts for oral presentations. Students can also present their work and enjoy a Student Panel on June 15 before the conference proper begins on June 16.
Each abstract must have an abstract reference number assigned to it. Please view the procedure below to receive your abstract reference number, prepare your abstract correctly and submit your uploaded PDF on time.
1. To receive your abstract submission reference number, please select "New Reference Number".
2. Create an abstract document based on the templates provided. Your final submission must be in PDF format.
3. To submit your file, please enter your Reference Number and Email above and select "Upload and Submit"".
The abstract should include:
1. Paper title (IN ALL CAPS)
2. Names and Affiliations of all authors (please underline the contact author);
Helpful Hints
You may modify the information that you submit with your new reference number by selecting "Modify/Correct".
You may re-submit your work by selecting "Re-Upload and Submit".
You may cancel your submission entirely by selecting "Withdraw/Cancel".
Please remember the deadline to receive your reference number and upload your abstract in pdf format is Monday, 3 March.
